WORKSHOP 3101 is holding a session on breath awareness (including breathing patterns and its importance to physical and mental health) then a breath focused meditation on Sunday 4 December at 7:30pm at Workshop 3101. Come and clear the mind with us in this busy season!
In this series (one each month) WORKSHOP 3101 will be exploring meditation, focusing on some different techniques. So come along and learn techniques that you can use every day to recover faster, reduce stress and generally chill out! ✌🏻️
